Overview

We are seeking a Production Superintendent to join our team at Georgia-Pacific’s oriented-strand board (OSB) manufacturing facility mill in Englehart, ON. The Englehart facility is critically important to GP’s Building Products business, and the Production Superintendent role supports the leadership team and Plant Manager in guiding operations and reliability measures to ensure operational excellence and preferred partner status. In partnership with the other site Production Superintendent, the role works to develop and own key measures of success and drives accountability within the site and own area of responsibility. This role is also responsible for supervising several front-line and area leaders associated with operations. What You Will Do
