Production Control Planner (PCP) – Material & MRP Focus

About the role

We are looking for a Production Control Planner (PCP) with strong material planning and MRP expertise to ensure smooth production flow in a fast-paced label manufacturing environment. This role is critical to aligning demand, materials, and production capacity—avoiding shortages, reducing waste, and meeting customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability
• Run and analyze Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely supply of raw materials
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production to prevent line stoppages
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and material consumption
• Identify and resolve material shortages, delays, and constraints
• Optimize production sequencing to improve efficiency and reduce changeovers
