Position Overview

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Miner is responsible for safely and efficiently executing production activities in an underground hard rock mining environment.

The position’s primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Operate haulage ore trucks and load‑haul‑dump (LHD) equipment to transport ore to designated ore passes or dump points.
• Perform mucking and tramming operations to maintain a consistent ore flow.
• Conduct pre‑operational inspections and routine maintenance on mining equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Assist with ground control activities, such as installing ground support, scaling loose rock, and ensuring workplace stability.
• Perform various underground support tasks, including material handling, ventilation maintenance, and equipment relocation.
