**Job Description:**

We are looking for a results-oriented **Production Manager** to lead manufacturing operations across CNC, Surface Treatment, and Packaging. This role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and compliant production while meeting quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

The Production Manager combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership, overseeing equipment, processes, and teams in a continuous production environment. This includes ensuring adherence to engineering specifications, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, while partnering cross-functionally to support daily operations, workforce engagement, and new product introduction.
