This role is located in Riihimäki production site.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for LPG propane filling production ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Lead the production team, building a safe and performance‑driven work environment.
• Responsible for LPG production processes, equipment reliability and safe operations with strong technical and process safety knowledge, including plant equipment, filling systems and technical documentation.
• Apply process safety principles, understand flammable gas production, ATEX requirements, pressurized systems and operational risk assessment tools (HAZOPS, MOC, PTW).
• Data‑driven approach to performance management through production KPIs, root cause analysis, and continuous operational improvement.
