**Industry**: Manufacturing of automotive parts for Nissan, Honda, Infiniti, and Mazda

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate planning, execution, and control of manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs for efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies (LEAN, Kaizen, 5S).
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of products for clients such as Nissan, Honda, Infiniti, and Mazda.
- Collaborate with departments such as engineering, quality, logistics, and maintenance.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Production or Operations Manager in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of Just-in-Time systems and inventory control.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and results-oriented mindset.
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
