Production Lead - Robotics

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, technically structured leader to own the end-to-end assembly and manufacturing journey of our autonomous vehicles. You will be the primary anchor for Korechi’s factory floor, responsible for everything from initial component inventory and mechanical assembly to final quality control and supply chain scaling. Your mission is to ensure our robot fleets - built for local golf driving ranges and high-end country clubs - are manufactured safely, on time, and to the exact engineering standards our clients rely on. This is a fully on-site position at our Oshawa headquarters.
