Production Lead

We’re hiring a Production Lead to directly support the Production Supervisor in running daily trimming and production operations. This is a hands‑on role that also helps guide the team and keep the floor running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Production Supervisor with daily trimming, packaging, and sampling
• Lead and participate in trimming while maintaining quality standards
• Weigh product and record accurate batch data
• Help monitor team performance and provide guidance to staff
• Oversee cleaning and sanitization of tools and work areas
• Report quality issues, equipment problems, or process concerns
• Step in to help manage operations when the Supervisor is offsite
