Position Summary

Working under the supervision of the Production and Inventory Manager, in the Supply Chain Team, the Production and Inventory Lead is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by managing production schedules, monitoring inventory, maintaining system data accuracy, and driving process improvements. This role works cross-functionally with Operations to ensure timely order fulfillment, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Essential Functions

• Maintain and regularly update escalation list
• Prepare and update daily operational reports, including late order tracking and reliability tracker
• Review new item entries and ensure accuracy
• Support assembly scheduling activities, including finite scheduling or providing backup coverage as required
