Product Support Engineer, DAS EMEIA**What you would do as our Product Support Engineer**You would collaborate with customers and internal and external experts to resolve incidents related to our electromechanical and keyless locking solutions, as well as associated web applications. Your responsibilities would also include hosting and maintenance activities for our cloud-hosted solutions. While most shifts occur during standard Monday to Friday office hours, this role may occasionally require evening, night, and weekend shifts. We operate a hybrid work model to support you in this set up.You would also:* Support ASSA ABLOY's internal teams in a second-line support function for electromechanical and keyless locking solutions.* Ensure the smooth operation of Windows and Linux-based hosting environments.* Perform maintenance, change, and monitoring activities related to cloud hosting.* Offer technical support to selected enterprise customers.* Create and maintain technical documentation t...
