Product Specialist required for SaaS client based in Shannon, Co. Clare
Responsibilities
Providing first-line, technical support to club administrators through our helpdesk, phone, email and messaging services. Use full understanding of the platform to resolve complex issues across our product range. This may include collaborating with the development team to diagnose and resolve issues.Assist in the deployment, testing and management of software updates. Objectively communicate customers’ needs to the product team and help shape our product roadmap.Contribute to the overall success of our customers, including onboarding, training, configuration, product adoption, retention and growth. Provide backup for our sales team regarding webinars/demos for potential customersRequirements:
