Product Operations Lead – Technical Program Management

As the first Operations hire on the TPM team, you will own and scale operational programs that enable our Engineering, Product, Design and Analytics (EPDA) organization to plan, prioritize and execute at speed. Your work will keep EPDA running with clarity and speed—from resource planning to vendor management—and will serve as the connective tissue between our technical organization and corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, Recruiting and IT. Over time you will play a central role in Scribd’s company‑wide planning and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities
