Role Purpose Support Data Centre Product Team through cross-team coordination and sales enablement for data centre services, including occasional Mainland China travel (Fluent Mandarin required). Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Data Centre Product Team, engineering, order management, customer service and sales teams - Monitor market trends and contribute ideas for improving service propositions and customer engagement - Assist senior staff with proposal coordination, gathering inputs from multiple departments - Support team in preparing sales materials (presentations, proposals) - Track opportunities and provide pipeline updates to stakeholders - Leverage AI tools for content creation, data analysis and process automation Essential Requirements
