Position Details
Responsibilities
:
- Conduct 3–4 engaging, customized product demos per day, tailored to each prospect’s business needs and goals.
- Lead discovery-driven conversations, building rapport quickly, and positioning our platform as a solution to key challenges.
- Facilitate the prospect's next steps by finalizing the sale and advising them on the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records, including demo notes, prospect insights, and pipeline updates.
- Complete all post-demo follow-ups and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Contribute to ongoing internal knowledge-sharing efforts by helping improve documentation and Learning Academy resources as the product evolves.
- Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices to help improve demo strategy and team performance.
