The Product Application Specialist will take full ownership of the customer wear product lifecycle across key mining sites. This role focuses on HMS/ERS work tools, their GET, and HMS undercarriage systems. Acting as a technical and commercial partner to both customers and Toromont Cat internal teams, the Specialist ensures optimal product selection, performance tracking, timely inspections, accurate forecasting, and continuous improvement of wear related solutions. The position requires a strong field presence, a data driven approach to wear forecasting, and strong collaboration with PSSRs, weld shops, Toromont divisions, and Caterpillar teams.

Compensation: $85,265.00 to $106,580.00 CAD
