Activities:
Manage the geometric convergence of a vehicle sub-assembly in the body-shop. Manage the geometric convergence of single parts and sub-assemblies. Communicate the progress of the sector to the PGMAP synthesis and / or Geometry animator. Manage the progress of process modifications with the line manager and the integrator (Open Item List). Apply the client processes for adjustment of assembly tools in the body-shop (PSA FER 167). Check the 3D measurement, the conformity and the repeatability of the checking fixture as well as the fidelity of the measurement. Analyze the measurement results, find the root causes and determine the corrective action plans. Apply client analysis methods to correct severe defects (body-shop root causes recognized).
