About the job Product and Implementation Specialist

The Opportunity: The Product and Implementation Specialist will participate in the technical aspects of the implementation process for new and expanding Arsenault projects. Team members in this role are responsible for consulting with clients, gathering requirements, presenting Arsenault best practices, driving functional design consultation, and participating in the delivery of the solution using Arsenaults Salesforce platform. This team member will have the opportunity to work closely with external customer stakeholders, as well as the internal project team members, including contribution to the product roadmap and facilitating the technical integrations of a customers systems with the Arsenault Salesforce platform.
