Our client is Canada's leading specialty pharmacy and patient services provider. They are looking for a Product Analyst to support a Salesforce transformation initiative, migrating their CRM platform from Salesforce Health Cloud to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
Duration: 6 Months, to start
Location: Mississauga (1-2 days/week onsite)
Responsibilities:
Lead and support process standardization across 7–8 business unitsCollaborate with and manage diverse stakeholder groups, including, Business stakeholders, Technical and functional teams, Clinical stakeholders, and Operational teamsTranslate Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) into detailed product requirements, including Technical specifications, Functional requirements, User stories, and Acceptance criteriaContribute to solution design discussions related to Data access and governance, Security models, Functional architecture within Salesforce
