Product Analyst

We are looking for a driven Product Analyst to join our Ingredients + Specialties team in Mexico City. The Product Analyst will play a key role in supporting the development, analysis, and execution of product line strategies across the Mexican market. This position partners closely with Product Management, Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Regulatory, and Suppliers to ensure profitable and sustainable growth of the product portfolio.

A core focus of this role is building actionable insights through data analysis, market intelligence, and performance tracking, while ensuring accurate product, pricing, and supplier information across systems.
