ProdOps Specialist – Connects Product Management and DevOps/Engineering teams to ensure product strategy, technical delivery, and operational performance stay aligned throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary bridge between Product and DevOps teams.
- Translate business and product requirements into operational and technical actions.
- Ensure alignment between product roadmap priorities and technical implementation.
Incident & Operational Management
- Manage and prioritize high‑impact trouble tickets (including device/firmware incidents) under short SLAs.
- Use ITSM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow for incident tracking and follow‑up.
- Support root cause analysis and drive remediation for recurring issues across cloud, firmware, and hardware layers, using field telemetry and production data where available.
