Overview

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end bidding processes for equipment and services, ensuring optimal commercial, technical, and contractual outcomes. The role works closely with engineering, project management, and operations, serving as a key point of accountability within procurement.

• Conduct end-to-end bid processes (RFI/RFP) for equipment and services, aligning with scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Identify and prospect new suppliers in the market.
• Define and implement Procurement strategy in line with project objectives.
• Perform commercial analysis of proposals, including comparison, evaluation, and alignment with technical requirements.
