We are looking for a new colleague to join our supportive team as a Procurement Compliance Lead. We are seeking a professional who not only ensures the compliance of procurement processes but also enjoys helping others grow and takes satisfaction in improving systems and processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Supporting transparent and compliant operation of procurement processes and systems (e.g. Ariba)
Identifying areas where support is needed and developing clear, practical training materials, as well as delivering trainings – even for larger groups
Providing day-to-day support to procurement teams and business stakeholders (P2P, compliance, tools usage)
Contributing to the implementation of group-level guidelines and supporting their practical application
Participating in audits, preparing reports, and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
