Responsibilities

Ensure the timely and accurate execution of Procure to Pay (P2P) activities including invoice posting, travel and expense processing, and payment operations in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes implementing control measures aligned with internal procedures and corporate policies to support effective business operations and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Main Tasks

• Responsible for executing the following processes: invoice verification and processing, vendor payments, travel expenses, administrative services, and petty cash.
• Geographic scope includes: Latin America (Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Chile), North America (USA and Canada), and Trinidad and Tobago.
