RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.3 to 5+ years of quality experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated Process Quality Engineer (PQE) role.Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs is highly preferred.Experience in the following processes: Lamination, Cutting, Sewing.Professional English level.IATF ***** Internal Auditor certification preferred.Knowledge & Skills: Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, DFMEA / PFMEA, MSA, SPC Tools & Methodologies), problem‐solving methodologies, statistical analysis and data‐driven decision‐making, proficiency in Minitab.Process Knowledge: strong understanding of production line processes, control plans (CP), standard inspection procedures (SIP), quality systems, knowledge of IATF standards.
