Responsabilities:
- Contribute to the SAP S/4HANA migration project within central Customer Service by
- Mapping and documenting current spare parts supply chain processes
- Supporting the respective departments in developing target processes
- Conduct test scenarios with future system users and take care of troubleshooting
- Execute system integration including user training
- Actively manage user reports and feedback to initiate process improvements and system development
- Independently implement ad hoc requirements to optimize operational spare parts processes with strong focus on automation
