Danfoss is seeking a Process Engineer for our Machining department in Reynosa, Mexico. This position will report direct to the Senior Operations Manager and indirect Machining and Maintenance Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Development of programs to machine castings and selection of tooling required to fabricate parts to documented specifications and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Improvement: Key contributor in the RCPS process with role Problem Solver. Investigate issues (production losses, quality problems, scrap, broken tools, safety risks, hazards, injuries, etc.), problem-solve, and implement and verify solutions to eliminate recurrences.
• Project Implementation: Receive handoffs from Engineering: give input on engineering changes, assist with implementation, and confirm changes are complete and fully functional.
