Process Engineer - Industrial Engineering

What You’ll Do

• Ensure stable and efficient production line operations, driving productivity improvements, reducing scrap, enforcing standard work, managing CapEx investments, and applying problem‑solving methodologies supported by FMEA and Control Plans.
• Boost productivity and efficiency, increasing output through process optimization, lean practices, and team engagement.
• Achieve cost improvement goals, delivering annual reduction in LMPU and sustaining KPI performance across all production indicators.

What Is Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or other related areas).
• Previous experience as industrial or process engineer is mandatory and non‑negotiable.
• Problem‑solving skills, CapEx management skills, lean manufacturing, FMEA and control plan, 8D problem solving.
