Position Details
- Promote and implement production system methodologies and culture within the plant.
- Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives, acting as coach and support on the shop floor.
- Ensure process robustness by meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and apply corrective actions to achieve established goals.
- Provide frontline support in HR, Quality, Manufacturing, Safety, and Scheduling.
- Guide and train work teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and production tools.
- Maintain effective communication with plant leaders and operational teams to ensure alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including leading teams and supervisors.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor workgroups effectively.
