The Advanced Polymer Product Development Technologist is expected to apply technical skills, knowledge of product development, and leadership skills to:

• Conduct both fundamental and applied research supporting product development activities
• Work closely with other functions including research, process engineering, manufacturing, and interfacing with market-facing functions
• Develop new products for broad market applications
• Solve problems independently
• Acquire a strong working knowledge of technology fundamentals for their assigned areas

This role is expected to effectively collaborate, interact, and communicate with partners. The Advanced Polymer Product Development Technologist will start developing key leadership skills to facilitate the transition from an individual contributor to a technical leader.
