Job Description

• Mentor, train and develop associates as Problem Solving Leaders or Sponsors following a strategic thinking and structured method to find and eliminate technical and managerial root causes.
• Support Value Stream organizations by coaching Problem Solving Teams to fix critical and repetitive problems.
• Coordinate the Project selection criteria through the Steering Committee (VS, MSE, Plant level) based on how Plant Indicators area affected.
• Ensure that projects selected have all resources assigned (Leader, Sponsor, time, etc).
• Coach Problem Solving techniques and strategic thinking.
• Perform periodic project status review with sponsors and leaders.
