Daily administration of the printing service
Daily monitoring of the printing service
Daily troubleshooting of the printing service
Supporting end users in the daily use of the printing service
Maintaining up to date documentation including policies, technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.
Advising, proposing and implementing possible configuration improvements, changes or upgrades to maximise solution availability, usability and security and to follow the latest technology trends
Other specific duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
B2 Minimum English language skills (CEFR)
Minimum 4 years of IT relevant professional experience
