About the Role

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights on executive hiring trends and talent availability.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partnership to provide expert advice on executive sourcing strategies including selection methods, talent mapping, shortlisting approaches, and hiring decisions.
• Identify and build external global talent maps for executive key roles where no internal successor has been identified for business-critical positions.
• Develop and execute targeted executive search strategies that align with BHP’s long-term talent needs, including leveraging networks, market mapping, and executive search firms.
• Lead negotiations with executives, ensuring competitive and market-aligned compensation and benefit packages.
