Position: Principal, Structured & Project Finance
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Ottawa (HQ) or Community Hubs in Toronto; hybrid work arrangement (two in-office days per week, increasing to three days per week in September 2026, subject to change). Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Help establish and shape EDC and the SPF team’s engagement in Canada’s Trade-Enabling Infrastructure priority, including strategic focus, market positioning, and value proposition within Canada’s infrastructure ecosystem.
• Serve as a senior advisor on structured and project financing, providing guidance on complex infrastructure financing models, market structures, and risk allocation aligned with EDC’s risk appetite and market positioning.
