What you’ll do:

• Own and drive design across multiple product teams—from discovery to delivery—setting direction and ensuring quality.
• Shape product strategy in close partnership with product and engineering, aligning user needs with business goals.
• Design end-to‑end experiences and deliver high‑quality UI, staying hands‑on from concept to implementation.
• Guide and support senior designers through feedback, mentorship, and clear direction—helping them grow and do their best work.
• Raise the bar for design across the organization, improving quality, consistency, and craft.
• Help define and evolve our design practice processes, rituals, and ways of working.
• Drive design awareness across the company, shifting to a product‑led mindset where design sets the bar and keeps us ahead.
