Overview

Working in the Cloud Platforms and SRE Chapter, this role will be setting the technical direction for the Cloud Platform teams across our Developer Experience and SRE squads.

What’s the job?

You will work with the squads to ensure they are optimising for reducing friction in the engineering workflow and improving the reliability of products our engineering squads build. Leadership: you will be a transformational leader, who exerts influence over multiple squads, increasing their effectiveness by sharing expert knowledge and experience. A critical thinker able to coach and mentor other specialists with a passion for continuous improvement towards engineering excellence.

• Delivery: Drives significant technology initiatives end‑to‑end to ensure customer outcomes are met. Collaborates with architects and acts as Product Owner to craft roadmaps and steer the long‑range goals.
