In your role as the Prime Contract Manager/Project Lawyer, you will support the company's activities and operations in both Toronto and Moosonee, Ontario in the context of advancing the development of a new healthcare facility.

Overview The WAHA Redevelopment Project is a 1.8B transformative initiative in Moosonee, Ontario aimed at strengthening healthcare for communities through the delivery of a state‑of‑the‑art hospital and healthcare facility. The project consists of 4 buildings – Hospital, Long Term Care Facility, Staff & Patient Accommodations.

This role is based out of the Toronto office.

Responsibilities

Work with the project team in the management of the main contract and all contracts required for execution;

Meetings with the client, partners, designers, third parties and subcontractors related to the project and ensure compliance of the contract with all stakeholders;
