Primary Health Care Physician - Canora Health and Wellness Centre

Regular clinic hours are from 08:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 – 17:00 Saturday/Sunday. Physicians are required to participate in the on‑call rota for the hospital, community and long‑term care facility.

Job Description

Canora is seeking a full time Primary Health Care Physician to join their team at the Canora Health and Wellness Centre, a modern, well‑organized and fully equipped clinic located in the Canora Hospital. The clinic is comprised of 4 physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner who provide primary health care services 7 days a week, with 24 hour emergency services, using a Collaborative Emergency Care (CEC) model.
