Overview

Brandt is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator in our Surrey Construction and Forestry location. This position is responsible for providing Preventive Maintenance quotes to our Sales & Customer Support Advisors as well as the day-to-day task of supporting efficient, accurate and timely fulfillment of Brandt’s contractual Preventive Maintenance business.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Quote & Set-up of Preventive Maintenance Agreements in our contracts’ management system
• Preventive Maintenance Agreement Administration
• Track and maintain Preventive Maintenance Agreement information
• Review, close and invoice completed jobs
• Coordinate necessary service with Customers and Preventive Maintenance Technicians
• Update and maintain our pricing calculator tool
