IEM is hiring a proactive Preventative Maintenance Program Administrator in Surrey, B.C. This full-time, on-site role will focus exclusively on enhancing our data-driven maintenance approach through MaintainX.
As the Program Administrator, you will be crucial in transitioning to an organized maintenance system from reactive operations. Reporting to the Plant Facilities Manager, your role involves optimizing maintenance processes and working across teams to identify and solve equipment reliability issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and enhance the MaintainX maintenance system
• Build and manage schedules and asset hierarchies effectively
