The Role

As the Premium Sales Team Lead for Live Nation’s newest Canadian venue, HISTORY Ottawa, you will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager and oversee a team of 10 staff. You will develop and execute sales and marketing incentives, operate systems such as SevenRooms, Square, and Archtics, and ensure guest and employee satisfaction while exceeding departmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Train staff for non‑Food & Beverage show premium positions to service the VIP lounge and Premium Seat locations.
• Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager and MLSE to market and sell premium seats and experiences.
