+ When casting is received from the wash-out area, checks if all shell material has been removed.
+ Identifies the router card the aluminum tag and the melt number.
+ Visually inspects parts for damage, cold shuts, cracks, inclusions, etc.
+ Uses vibrator etch machine for castings, test bars coupons.
+ Uses boroscope and cleaning tools to clean flashing, core material and small shell in all areas
+ Performs other duties as required.

+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
