Job Description Summary
The Preboarding Services Administrator supports GE Aerospace functions within the preboarding space. This role is focused on facilitating efficient onboarding, tracking new hires process and aiding in the completion of all onboarding requirements. Additionally, this role responds and solves to process queries from employees, managers and HRM’s in a timely and professional manner according to established standards, expectations and metrics.
Job Description
Serving as point of contact in preboarding support and services in a fast paced environment.
Manages day to day support for preboarding related service tickets, processes, transactions, escalations and program/event support (including offer letters, employment agreements, background checks, drug screen and other preboarding documentation and processes).
Continuous communication to Preboarding Specialists to ensure positive hire, ensuring new hire has a warm welcome into GE Aerospace.
