About the Role

Mehiläinen is looking for practical nurses (lähisairaanhoitaja) and registered nurses (hoitaja) for permanent employment in our Disability Services Care Teams in the Oulu region. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care to individual clients in their own homes. Summer and temporary work are also possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide traditional nursing care, including medication administration, monitoring, and guidance.
• Use a rehabilitative approach in client work.
• Collaborate with clients, their families, and the rest of the care team.
• Participate in three‑shift work but can flexibly influence your shifts.

Qualifications

• Degree in social and health care or equivalent studies.
• For practical nurse candidates: 120 completed credits. For registered nurse candidates: 140 completed credits.
