Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Use the Program Management System to coordinate the efforts of all internal and external suppliers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the interface with the customer regarding quality and handle any customer complaints.
• Guarantee product quality before Start of Production and during the modification process.
• Assure quality from suppliers and validate prototypes with them and the customers.
• Apply quality tools and a project or program management system.
