Client’s Power Platform Program (Appetite) is scaling rapidly across the enterprise. This Manager role champions the adoption journey end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Power Platform adoption roadmap across all business units and regions, with dedicated focus on LATAM and ANJK.
• Define adoption milestones, targets, and success criteria in partnership with the Platform Delivery Lead.
• Identify adoption barriers (technical, cultural, process) and design targeted interventions to overcome them.
• Champion a self‑service and citizen developer culture that reduces dependency on IT.
• Design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive Power Platform training curriculum for all user personas.
