Position Summary

This position seeks to employ an outstanding, outgoing Positive Directions Worker (Social Worker or Child and Youth Practitioner) to dedicate support to youth who may be at risk of participating in gang involvement, providing wraparound supports, case management, navigating resources and services and supporting youth in achieving goals related to their individual needs in partnership with the Airdrie RCMP.

Reporting to the Director of Youth Services, the Positive Directions Worker will deliver collaborative and comprehensive early intervention services to youth ages 11 to 18 who are at risk of gang activity.
