Responsibilities: Accountable for achieving the Groups Client Portfolio Target, by:
- Drive performance within a sales team (5-10 people) to deliver against RM sales targets
- Ensure that Sales processes are complete and adhered to, & service processes and that target tracking is kept up to date
- Identify shortfalls in the sales process and help improve efficiency and productivity
- Track key productivity metrics and manage the team against key outcomes.
- Drive improvements in the quality of data and reporting offered to clients
- Develop strategies for acquiring new advertising customers, and retaining and upselling existing customers
