WIDA Pool Supervisor

WIDA are seeking an experienced Pool Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the WIDA Pool on a part time permanent appointment basis. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the person appointed will be the key point of contact on the ground in the pool, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the swimming pool, ensuring the safe operations and meeting the needs of pools users. This role involves a combination of working as a pool lifeguard, administrative tasks, staff supervision, and pool maintenance duties.

The role will operate on a five over seven roster of 120 hours per four-week period (30 hours per week average).
