Your responsibilities : Build and manage the ICT PMO, define project management standards, and ensure governance, compliance, and reporting.

Reporting & Transparency: Prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision materials; organize ICT portfolio meetings.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central interface between Business, IT, Management, and partners; collaborate with project managers and functional leads.

Continuous Improvement: Develop best practices, enhance PM tools and methodologies, and support transformation and change initiatives.

Portfolio Oversight: Drive transparency and alignment across projects, ensuring consistent standards and effective decision-making.
