**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform daily maintenance of plumbing systems across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and offices.
+ Repair issues in faucets, toilets, sinks, water supply, and drainage systems.
+ Inspect and operate pumps, heaters, valves, and distribution systems regularly.
+ Troubleshoot faults, identify causes, and provide effective solutions.
+ Respond to maintenance requests within required service standards.
